Cool water is water, in the form shown in droplets minutes, exposed objects, in the morning or evening. As the exposed surface cools the heat radiating from, atmospheric moisture condenses a rate greater than that of which can be evaporated, resulting in the formation of water droplets.
When the temperatures are quite low, dew takes the form of ice; this format is called frost.
Cool water, why have a relationship with the temperature of the soil surface, in late summer is formed more easily in areas that are not warmed by the heat conducted by the deep soil, such as grass, leaves, railings, car roofs, and bridges.
